How do I know if my order is confirmed?
Once your order is placed, you will be redirected to an order confirmation page with the order number and corresponding details. You will also receive an order confirmation email with the same information, which may take up to 30 minutes to arrive in your email inbox.

What is the shipping method used?
TAMA TOBY offers free shipping via DHL. The lead time is estimated from the time your order is shipped. For security reasons, online TAMA TOBY orders require a signature upon delivery.
Do I have to pay customs duties?
For non-EU countries, customs duties are to be paid by the customer and are non-refundable. They will be charged directly to the customer by customs in accordance with the national regulations of the destination country.
